If applying for the first time, please register to start your application process. A confirmation email is then sent to you. In order to start with your application, please log in. On the first page of the application you’ll find all information in order to prepare your application or you can read more on our FAQ Galleries page here.
If you need to exit the application and return to it at another time, you can do so anytime. Please be sure to save the information you enter, including file uploads, by clicking the ‘save form progress’ button. The whole application process only needs approximately 10-15 minutes, if your your booth sketch and images to upload have been prepared in advance.
A non-refundable 450 € application fee will be collected upon final confirmation of application (at the very end of your application) via our online payment portal.
